As an Accounting Manager, Felix directed accounting operations for a diversified real estate portfolio of 22+ properties, leading a team of 4–5 staff accountants through month-end and year-end close, general ledger management, and financial reporting under GAAP. He standardized processes that cut the monthly close timeline by 30% — from 10 days down to 7 — and implemented AP/AR controls that reduced processing errors by 30%.

His background spans far beyond real estate. Working with a non-profit serving 15+ programs on an $80M+ operating budget, Felix managed accounting operations, led budget development, and identified and recovered over $150,000 in misallocated expenses. He has also held accounting leadership roles in manufacturing, serving as second-in-command to the CFO at a multi-state manufacturer, and spent years in public accounting managing a portfolio of 30+ clients across distribution, pharmaceutical, technology, and real estate industries — preparing everything from consolidated financial statements to income tax returns for C-Corps, S-Corps, partnerships, and trusts.

Felix holds an MBA in Finance and a BBA in Accounting from Adelphi University, where he was Founding President of the Beta Alpha Psi honor society’s Mu Upsilon chapter. He is a CPA Candidate, actively pursuing licensure.
